HIVE Ventures has invested in ServiceTitan, a Glendale, California-based provider of workflow and field service management software for home-service businesses. HIVE Ventures invested in ServiceTitan’s latest $62M round alongside Battery Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and ICONIQ Capital. There are many reasons we chose to invest in ServiceTitan; we’ve listed a few of them below:

• Founders Ara Mahdessian and Vahe Kuzoyan demonstrate a passion for the space (no doubt from their fathers, who are both tradesmen) and a keen ability to understand the many pain points in the industry, specifically a lack of digitization
• ServiceTitan is addressing a massive market – home maintenance represents a $40Bn opportunity
• The company is committed to providing a great customer experience
• We believe the subscription-based service is the proper business model for this space
