Another new investment we’re incredibly excited about is in Shopmonkey, an all-in-one software platform specifically designed for the auto repair shop. Through his own experiences, Founder & CEO Ashot Iskandarian saw an opportunity to create a more efficient and customer-friendly experience out of the immensely tech-dated repair business. From there, Shopmonkey was born with the goal of bringing repair shops into the digital age. Shopmonkey offers an expansive array of services, including unlimited quotes and invoices, CRM and mobile scheduling, mechanic time tracking, inventory management, and parts ordering. The total effect is to take the typically offline, the paper notes-based world of the repair shop and apply modern cloud-based SaaS.
