SERVICETITAN RAISES $165M SERIES D LED BY INDEX VENTURES

The largest fundraising round for any B2B software company in Southern California and the birth of the first Armenian-led tech unicorn.

We’re extremely excited to announce that ServiceTitan, the operating system for home services, has raised a $165M Series D round led by Index Ventures and joined by new investors Dragoneer and T. Rowe Price, as well as existing investors Bessemer, ICONIQ, and Battery Ventures! This is the largest fundraising round for any B2B software company in Southern California, valuing ServiceTitan at $1.65 billion.
This also marks the first Armenian-led tech unicorn, as both CEO Ara Mahdessian and President Vahe Kuzoyan are of Armenian descent. Ara & Vahe founded ServiceTitan in 2012 with the goal of streamlining their fathers’ home service businesses. 7 years later, the two are responsible for transforming the $400 billion home services industry. Currently, ServiceTitan has over 2,500 customers who collectively employ 50,000 technicians. HIVE Ventures’ very own Nina Achadjian led the round and will be joining ServiceTitan’s board. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for ServiceTitan! Read more about the raise and ServiceTitan here.
